Recently, a patent invalidation case filed by our client, represented by Licheng, against a patent held by Zhejiang Aobang Technology Co., Ltd. has been concluded by the China National Intellectual Property Administration (CNIPA). The patent involved (Patent No.: 201210231337.4, titled "Mold for Thermosetting Materials") has been declared fully invalid, successfully resolving multi-million-level infringement litigation risks for our client at the very litigation stage.
