The involved patent (Patent No.: 201310211260.9) has been legally declared completely invalid. The tens of millions of RMB patent infringement lawsuit filed by the opposing enterprise against our client Huabao Xinneng has failed, and the ongoing patent infringement lawsuit has lost its core basis and been voluntarily withdrawn.

- Agency actions: After accepting the commission, Beijing Lisheng quickly set up a professional team, submitted an invalidation request to the State Intellectual Property Office in accordance with Article 46 of the Patent Law, and formed a complete evidence chain through technical feature comparison and existing technology demonstration, and finally all invalidation claims were supported by the Patent Office.
