In July 2021, our company was entrusted by the client, Guangdong Midea Life Electrical Appliance Manufacturing Co., Ltd., to invalidate the invention patent ZL201380005609.1 of SEB company. This case is a essential technology developed by SEB in 2013, and the priority date is February 16, 2012.
After LISENG undertook this case and after the preliminary analysis, the cooking method and device were difficult to search for evidence because they were control method patents and the technology involved in the field of daily life.
